Date of Interview: 29-01-2025 to 30-01-2025 & 01, 02, 04 & 05-02-2025
Education Qualification :
For 10+2 : Candidates Should pass 10+2/ Intermediate (Physics, Chemistry, Biology, and English).
For Pharmacy: Candidates Should Pass 10+2/ Intermediate Diploma/B.Sc (Pharmacy).
Age : 21 Years
Note :-
(i) Candidates should bring latest prescription (not older than one month) and spectacles for corrected vision, if
used. The prescription must bear the diopter measurement, name, signature, stamp and registration number of
Ophthalmologist. Date of prescription should be within a month prior to appearing for medical examination.
(ii) Corneal Surgery (LASIK/PRK) is not acceptable.
